午餐时我吃了一个带奶酪 sc 和 guac 的素食 fajita 碗。味道不错。但是那天晚上晚些时候我有可怕的胃痉挛，然后是腹泻。第二天我发烧了然后正在呕吐。即使是水，我也无法容纳任何东西。更糟糕的是腹部痉挛。我觉得自己无法动弹，痛苦太大了。我吃了 chipotle 的那天，我早餐吃了燕麦片，没有晚餐，因为吃了 chipotle 一个小时后我感觉很恐怖。

I went last night and I had dinner at 6:45 and at midnight I was having diarrhea, woke up the next day with nausea and vomiting, I called and they told me they didn't think it was them who gave me this and they wouldn't give me a refund unless more people called  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My wife and I both got sick From eating The Lemon Thyme Chicken. We both had the same Entree. This happened on Sept 9th 2017. I was better by Tuesday but my wife ended up at the hospital on the 15th. She still has not recovered and we are going back to the hospital in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
