Had a veggie burger with Mushrooms and Grilled onions at The Habit in West Covina about 5 hrs later I was dizzy nauseated and throwing up, had to get rushed to the ER and receive IV treatment. I am never eating The Habit again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

My wife and I both got sick From eating The Lemon Thyme Chicken. We both had the same Entree. This happened on Sept 9th 2017. I was better by Tuesday but my wife ended up at the hospital on the 15th.
