I purchased Saturday 2/2 Kirkland Brand Chicken Tortilla Soup from Costco and ate a small bowl for dinner. I had terrible stomach cramping and continued to vomit all night. Item # ART9929 . I am returning the product to the store.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

I had the 3 piece chicken with fries and Texas toast with sweet tea. I drove thru. On way home in car I ate the fries and Texas toast and was fine. I felt sick after eating the chicken. It was dry and may have been sitting out too long. Very nauseous and vomited already.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
