Chick Fila，2018 年 12 月 7 日... 吃了一个带泡菜的鸡肉三明治和我妈妈的一个华夫饼薯条。大约 1-2 之后开始肠抽筋。整夜都因肠绞痛，（今天）头晕，diarrehea，肠痉挛，bel 气/酸，食欲不振，恶心和轻微头痛。24 小时后仍出现症状。

我和未婚夫昨晚来到 maggianos。我们俩都吃了意大利细面条阿尔弗雷多。我们回到家后我们都有胃痛会消失然后回来。我很恶心。我们认为这可能是吃 maggianos 之前的总麦当劳，但是今天醒来时我们感觉好多了。因此，无视 Alfredo 和 Aate 我们剩下的一些剩菜。现在又有胃痛了所以我知道是因为那个原因。不知道发生了什么事。上次我们吃这个没发生。

My boyfriend and I went to eat and he had a California Steak burrito and I had a chopped salad with salmon. He is in extreme pain, diarrhea, fever and nauseated. He feels like he has to vomit but none as of yet. This occured at 3pm 12/8/18 and he is doubled over in pain and it is 3:40pm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Both husband and I had steaks, baked pot and side salads...probably the salad? Sick all night and all day. My husband couldn’t get off the couch...unless it was a trip to the bathroom. It didn’t hit me as hard...I only had diarrhea. Husband had diarrhea, fever, nausea and slept all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

2018 年 12 月 4 日，星期二。约。晚上 8:30。点了芝士汉堡，烤洋葱，没有番茄。还有炸薯条和健怡可乐。
晚上 9 点 30 分至 10 点左右开始感到不舒服的恶心。到了午夜我正在呕吐，一直持续到早上 6 点左右。之后，接下来的 12 个小时内会出现液体腹泻。在接下来的 24 小时内，庄园里有大量的汽油，隆隆声和异常的排便
