Two medium 2 topping pizzas, one of the slices was a pepperoni and beef slice. I ate it after coming home from work, and i shortly starting coughing and puking for 15 minutes straight.  | 症状: 呕吐

I didn’t eat all day, so when I got home around 9:30ish I grabbed wingstop. A coke fries and lemon pepper and mild wings. After I ate it, I started feeling nauseous and threw up. Then used the bathroom for a good 2 hours and now my stomach is hurting back and fourth.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
