在上午 8 点 30 分左右购买了三明治，在上午 8 点 50 分之前完成，到上午 11 点时经历了痛苦的抽筋和气泡胆量。我的未婚夫也有一个早餐三明治，但他是香肠，他没有生病。现在已经过了 4 天，我还在呕吐，经常在同一时间进行爆炸性的洗手间旅行。我这辈子从来没有生过这种病。明天去看医生。

I visited In N Out after going to Ikea. I ate a cheeseburger without onions, fries, and drank lemonade. The food was good, but once I got home I began to feel uneasy. It turned into a fever and my stomach was upset.
