Had a vegan bowl with beans, rice, guacamole, pico de Gallo and lettuce. 30 min after eating was severely nauseous and lightheaded. This morning I have severe cramping in my stomach that has not gone away at all along with diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋, 头昏眼花
