I ordered the $5 fill up meal with the chicken strips, mashed potatoes, biscuit, cookie and soda. About an hour and a half later I start to get this unpleasant rumbling in my stomach. Then sure enough it gave me diarrhea and made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ordered the crunch wrap supreme and split a chalupa, this was after getting out of work at around 2 am. Around 7 in the morning I started dry heaving and vomited, it subsided for 2 hours and I vomited again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I orders some wings, chicken salad & some pizza. Chicken was not even cooked. I feed it to my children first. Before I ate and then I realized it was not cooked. We all got sick. I had to take 2 kids to the hospital while sick myself. It was a horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
