我在地铁站买了一个三明治，它位于我工作的 Westfarm 购物中心。
我得到了烤肉店鸡肉三明治，一个小时后我得到了热浪，我开始出汗，我觉得我需要吐出来... 我跑到洗手间，晚上 10 点左右回家时我吐了很多东西我的胃受伤了，我去洗手间我腹泻最严重，抽筋...吐完之后，我头疼得很厉害，一直持续到第二天。这是我一生中最糟糕的感觉。
要说这不是我第一次发生这种情况，几天前我也发生过同样的事情... 但是我认为我有问题，而不是地铁餐厅。但是现在我确信不是我是他们。我和几个在同一个商场里和我一起工作的朋友交谈过，另外 3 个人告诉我同样的事情，他们说他们在那里吃饭时呕吐了腹泻。
