I got a "salad" with chicken, rice, lettuce, and other vegetables at around 6:30pm. I woke up around 1:45 AM with severe nausea. I began vomiting and experiencing diarrhea from that point until 6 AM.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had the romaine and lentil salad with eggplant, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, and chicken for lunch. Something was off —salad had an unusual grittiness and I started feeling sick that night after skipping dinner.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
