I got a "salad" with chicken, rice, lettuce, and other vegetables at around 6:30pm. I woke up around 1:45 AM with severe nausea. I began vomiting and experiencing diarrhea from that point until 6 AM.

I ordered a chicken bowl and about four hours later felt super sick. I ended up vomiting and having diarrhea with a low-grade fever - the throwing up lasted for about 12 hours and the diarrhea has continued for almost 48.

Had lunch yesterday at Chipotle, Chicken Burritto with lettuce, black beans, salsa and sour cream. Woke up this am to severe diarrhea for the past 3 hours
