I had a salad with grilled chicken; sautéed vegetables , salsa and corn at 8:30 PM on April 22 ... at 11 pm I felt bad at 2pm I had nausea followed by vomiting filled by diarrhea followed by vomiting followed by diarrhea rolled gy head ache chills muscle ache and fever - symptoms lasted for 36 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Chills, Headache, Muscle Pain

I got a "salad" with chicken, rice, lettuce, and other vegetables at around 6:30pm. I woke up around 1:45 AM with severe nausea. I began vomiting and experiencing diarrhea from that point until 6 AM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered a chicken bowl and about four hours later felt super sick. I ended up vomiting and having diarrhea with a low-grade fever - the throwing up lasted for about 12 hours and the diarrhea has continued for almost 48.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
