昨晚 16 年 5 月 4 日晚上 7 点左右，我拿起了私人平底锅披萨。我吃了意大利辣香肠个人平底锅披萨，30-40分钟后我开始感到恶心。由于胃痉挛，我最终想在晚上 10 点左右上床睡觉，只是因为胃痛和腹泻不得不从床上爬到洗手间。我感觉过热了，试图用头上的冷湿布和冷水来冷却身体，但是如果没有剧烈的胃痉挛和更多的腹泻，我永远无法躺下来。凌晨 1 点左右我起床经历了更多的腹泻，然后同时经历了弹丸呕吐。此后我能够睡一会儿，直到早上醒来时每次站起来都会感到恶心。我想指出的是，今天我唯一吃的另一件事是早餐时吃的两块饼干和一杯苹果汁，一个下午的巧克力纸杯蛋糕（其他人吃过但没有生病）和这个意大利辣香肠个人平底锅披萨。我通常胃很强壮，以至于我已经走了 23 年直到昨天/今天早上都没有呕吐。

我自己我的表弟和丈夫都吃过午饭。自上午 9 点以来我们什么都没吃过，午餐是下午 2 点。我和我堂兄都吃了沙拉。我的沙拉里面有最多的生菜，是中国的。我的堂兄沙拉的生菜少了一点。到下午 3 点，我得了严重的胃痛。到下午 5 点我已经很严重了食物中毒。我们是在英国度假的，所以我不能轻易去看全科医生。如果第二天我都病了，不能出去。我堂兄那天晚上只呕吐了两次，所以我表弟轻了一点。
