我在 2019 年 6 月 26 日昨天下午 2 点吃了培根土耳其 Bravo 三明治，然后从下午 5 点 30 分开始呕吐。今天早上 5 点胃痉挛和发冷仍然很严重。我直接上床睡觉但没有睡个好觉。我几乎每小时都醒着，今天早上感觉没有好多少。我再也不会在那里吃东西了！！！

I ate here today 6/21 i had a corned beef sandwich (1/2) half a cup of matzo balll soup. Iced tea with lemon. Side of Cole slaw and a pickle. I was sick within 30-40 minutes. I am a medical professional and am certain it’s food poisoning i just don’t know what it is from.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

May27,2019 ate chicken nachos got sick indigestion & next day fever nausea headache sore throat had to go to ER get IV fluids Doc said viral infection, Only I had the chicken nachos the other two people had baby back ribs & tomato soup & salad they didn’t get sick. 我们为 6 口之家拿出芝麻鸡肉和其他各种菜肴。我们所有人都有各种各样的东西，但是我们都吃了芝麻鸡，然后在我们开始头痛几个小时后，我们一直头痛，恶心，胃痛和腹泻，这是我们第一次发生这种情况。截至今天早上我们所有人仍然感到不舒服

I ate on 5/17/2019 around 12 and the next day I wake up around 12, due to diarrhea and vomiting, I’m the only one who got sick in my group (that I know of) and the symptoms started as soon as I woke up the next day (5/18/2019)  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

We ate on Saturday May 12th. Nausea began that night for me. Vomiting and diarrhea started at 3am for me then my son vomited 4 times that sunday: my husband also experienced diarrhea., 3 people sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻
