I ate around 7 pm on Friday night (dec 9) and had a stomach ache immediately after. Saturday morning I felt weird. I was tired and kind of achey, but made it through the day. Then Saturday night I spent the whole night vomiting and being sick. I haven't been able to sleep.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2016 年 11 月 2 日星期五大约 7:45 在那里吃了晚餐。我吃了 8 盎司的 Sirlion 牛排，烤土豆，自家沙拉和牧场调味料。晚上 11 点我开始感到恶心，从腹泻开始，然后到午夜大部分时间都开始恶心和呕吐。我从来没有真正检查过我的体温，但是我出汗和发冷。早上呕吐停止了，但是第二天我继续腹泻，感觉虚弱。

Bought a chicken sandwich with fries and a coke. By the time I finished eating it I had diarrhea. About 4 hours later I started throwing up and continued to do so for 12 hours. 5 days later, I still have liquid diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
