Ate at Chipotle in Athens. Bowl with white rice, guac, pico, and cheese. Had the bowl for dinner then a few hours later experienced diarrhea and vomiting for the remainder of the evening. Boyfriend also ate and had the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
