Got the food around 10:00 it's 11:00. It's been hectic. Only ate 3 slices of pep and green peppers and 3 cinnamon sticks. And it's been horrendous to my stomach. Im feeling very light headed and there's too many frequent trips to the bathroom in one hour time. 4x  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我昨天下午 12 点 30 分左右吃了地铁的鸡肉培根牧场菠菜包。那天我感觉很好，但是第二天早上 6 点左右，我一直醒来时肚子里有这种感觉和头痛。所以大约 730 分我不得不跑到洗手间因为我得了腹泻而且非常恶心。我在浴室里呆了 30 到 45。毕竟我花了一天的时间睡觉是因为我的背痛，头痛。而且恶心对我来说太难以暴露了。我试着吃水果和喝含电解质的饮料，但我觉得我不得不强迫自己吃喝。
