昨天我蹒跚学步的女儿在 Sugarloaf parkway 吃了麦当劳的 McNugget 鸡肉快乐餐。大约 5 小时后，她抱怨胃痛。然后 2 小时后她把所有东西都扔掉了。她今天也吐了，不会吃东西。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

My Daughter and I are both sick from eating their Turkey Bravo. The dressing on the sandwhich did not taste good. Haven't seen a Doctor yet because it is the week end and we would have to go the E.R. where we could get sicker.
