2 crunchy chicken tacos and 2 8 layer veggie burritos around 8PM. Symptoms started before bed, pain in stomach/intestinal discomfort. diarrhea in the morning, over 5 times throughout the day, less pain, more fatigue.  | 症状: 腹泻

Yesterday afternoon, my family and I were on the way to Statesboro when we stopped to eat here. The chicken me and my stepdad ate, did taste funny but we didn't think any about it. A friend took me to halal guys yesterday. He had the chicken platter while I got the combo meat platter; he seems to be fine but I have a severe case of diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. Yesterday my food intake consisted of food from halal guys and cereal at home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
