Ate at golden corral shrimp steak macaroni & cheese soft taco corn on cob ice cream chocolate fudge 3/7/17 evening later stomach started hurting & nausea all night. In the morning nausea vomiting diarrhea and developed a fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2 crunchy chicken tacos and 2 8 layer veggie burritos around 8PM. Symptoms started before bed, pain in stomach/intestinal discomfort. diarrhea in the morning, over 5 times throughout the day, less pain, more fatigue.  | 症状: 腹泻
