2024 年 3 月 7 日我和妈妈正从我刚刚完成的一次采访中开车回来，我们饿了，所以她停下来了 del taco 然后我们吃了几个炸玉米饼然后过了一会儿又到了吃晚饭的时候妈妈做了鸡肉记住我们吃的炸玉米饼也是鸡肉但无论如何她做了炸鸡胸肉通心粉、奶酪和玉米然后食物消化后我去锻炼身体洗了个澡然后点了点冰淇淋和炸薯条这样我就可以和我的男朋友一起看 Netflix 然后我就开始了想睡觉所以我想去睡觉的时候突然我的肚子疼得非常严重我就是我只是喝了一些水然后想着可能我吃得太多了但事实并非如此我整晚都在出汗不舒服我终于有勇气起身跑去洗手间全部进去吐出胆量更不用说了说实话，我跑得很尴尬所以我洗了个澡然后放松下来，我得马上回来再吐一次一次又一次地我上次吐的时候是黄色的我已经脱水了，是的，这就是我的故事。

I ordered a triple chicken box latenight around 2:00 , that was my first time ever eating there. when i got home i ate 1 chicken taco and it didnt feel right going down but i was hungry and sleepy so i just went to sleep .…

2 crunchy chicken tacos and 2 8 layer veggie burritos around 8PM. Symptoms started before bed, pain in stomach/intestinal discomfort. diarrhea in the morning, over 5 times throughout the day, less pain, more fatigue.
