Ate at golden corral shrimp steak macaroni & cheese soft taco corn on cob ice cream chocolate fudge 3/7/17 evening later stomach started hurting & nausea all night. In the morning nausea vomiting diarrhea and developed a fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
