Red beans and rice, Just my husband, he had the red beans and rice. He threw up the beans and rice. Nothing else that he ate came up. I picked up mash potatoes and red beans and rice for side dishes.  | 症状: 呕吐

cheeseburger, I ate 2 cheeseburger at that McDonald’s and 30 minutes later I wasn’t able to keep it down. It’s only me. And I’ve been throwing up ever since. Every hour.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Had the restaurant week menu. Field greens with Parmesan vinaigrette, the sliced filet with mushrooms and the chocolate flourless cake. Started feeling nauseous as soon as we left and started vomiting about 1.5 hours after we got home  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

On 2-8-18 I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza.... I ate two slices, and about 30min later started to get bad stomach cramps. Shortly later I started with bad diarrhea every 30min. This went on all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
