On 2-8-18 I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza.... I ate two slices, and about 30min later started to get bad stomach cramps. Shortly later I started with bad diarrhea every 30min. This went on all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Got 4 meals of shrimp and fish , 8 family members ate, all of us got so sick , had good poisoning 2 people threw up blood , ended up in Elmhurst hospital, when I called store they simply denied. I am very upset.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

大约 10 天前，我在拜访时购买了烧烤三明治组合。吃了几个小时之内，我就感到恶心了。剩下的时间是呕吐，腹泻和可怕的胃痉挛。第二天早上我去急症，给了静脉注射液体和恶心药物。已将其报告给肯德基公司和商店，但没有收到他们的任何反馈。

Ate 3 slices of cheese hand tossed pizza. Went to sleep about an hour after. Woke up around 5:00AM with severe heartburn and vomiting. Symptoms are still persisting. It doesn't appear that the pizza was cooked throughly. The remaining pizzas seem doughy.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃灼热

Ate Chicken Enchilladas with salsa verde, rice, sour cream, and baked beans. Had chips and salsa as an appetizer. My 5 yr old son that ate chips and salsa, sour cream, and some of my enchilada has been throwing up as well  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Stopped for lunch on Friday. I had the vegetables, teriyaki chicken and crab ragoons. Sunday I had diarrhea, stomach cramps, and vomiting. Nobody in my household is showing any flu simptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal at 2:30pm. At 10:30pm I started have fever, nausea and watery mouth. At 11:00pm vomiting began along with diarrhea. This was the only meal I consumed all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
