On 2-8-18 I ordered a Pepperoni Pizza.... I ate two slices, and about 30min later started to get bad stomach cramps. Shortly later I started with bad diarrhea every 30min. This went on all night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Got 4 meals of shrimp and fish , 8 family members ate, all of us got so sick , had good poisoning 2 people threw up blood , ended up in Elmhurst hospital, when I called store they simply denied. I am very upset.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate 3 slices of cheese hand tossed pizza. Went to sleep about an hour after. Woke up around 5:00AM with severe heartburn and vomiting. Symptoms are still persisting. It doesn't appear that the pizza was cooked throughly. The remaining pizzas seem doughy.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn
