我和朋友一起去商场，目前我们想到了星巴克，所以我们去喝点东西，我通常只喝一杯水，但是我想喝点别的东西，所以我点了一个焦糖玛奇朵，甚至不像 15 分钟后我开始感觉到紧绷和肚子抽筋这导致我 2 小时后回到家里感觉真的很热像发烧一样，我躺下睡觉感到非常恶心，这使我整夜都在睡觉，现在还在睡觉，大约是下午 3 点，我感觉更糟，我感觉肚子仍然紧张，我无法做任何事情。

我去了 chipotle 并点了 3 个牛排炸玉米饼和奶酪。吃完之后我在回家的路上开始感到恶心。所以我躺在床上，胃痉挛，感觉好像我的胃在试图逃跑。每次尝试起床时我都会头痛很大，因为我感觉如此恶心。那是下午 2 点，现在是午夜，我仍然感觉非常难过，快要呕吐了
