我和女儿一样有一个蔬菜碗。我们碗之间唯一的区别是我有生菜和奶酪。她没有。她没生病。我在下午 6 点吃了，吃饭后三个小时内，我出现了严重的下肠痉挛和腹泻，持续到第二天下午中午。今天，1 月 4 日星期一，我还有抽筋和低级头痛。
