I ate food around 8 and started feeling like I was gonna puke around 9:30 and I i ended up puking until 6am, My kids are just fine so it was just me and it took 1 hour to feel nauseous and then 20 minutes later I started vomiting and had diarrhea until 6 am  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Ate breakfast burrito around noon.
Fiancé ate bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle, son ate sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle — neither are sick.
Started having diarrhea 30 minutes after eating.
Took a nap at 3 after beginning to feel physically ill.

I had not eating all day went to Wendy’s around 11:15am. I ordered the number 2. About an hour after eating I suddenly started to vomit and have liquid bowl movements. This lasted all day and all night about every 30 minutes.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Husband and I were both violently ill within 30 minutes of eating there today 3/17/2018. The only thing our meals had in common were lettuce, packaged chips and diet coke from the machine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
