beef burrito Family picked up take out Friday night. The 3 of us all ate different things. Diarrhea started Saturday by Sunday I still had that plus chills, headache and nausea.
As of Sunday, my niece was also ill with diarrhea and vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛, 寒战

Ate the Pig Out Tavern double burger with fries at 6:30 pm. Nothing eaten or drank since then. Started feeling nauseous later in evening around 11pm and vomiting an hour later.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
