I ordered a salad, queso and desert from chili through door dash last night. Could not sleep ALL night the pain was so severe, vomiting all night with severe fever. Couldn’t even get myself up to go to ER, it was that bad.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken and barbacoa bowl with rice beans fajitas, red salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. On 6/3/18 ate at 4pm, by midnight had severe diarrhea and vomiting.
