I ordered a salad, queso and desert from chili through door dash last night. Could not sleep ALL night the pain was so severe, vomiting all night with severe fever. Couldn’t even get myself up to go to ER, it was that bad.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Chicken and barbacoa bowl with rice beans fajitas, red salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. On 6/3/18 ate at 4pm, by midnight had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I ordered the roasted turkey, apple & cheddar sandwich on 04/21/18 around 6:30pm. Got sick within 2 hrs. Severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting.

I ate the sampler platter which has chicken parm, fettuccine, and lasagna. Felt nauseous within a couple of hours and have had horrible stomach pains and diarrhea thru the night. Feel horrible.
