Chicken and barbacoa bowl with rice beans fajitas, red salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. On 6/3/18 ate at 4pm, by midnight had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I ordered the roasted turkey, apple & cheddar sandwich on 04/21/18 around 6:30pm. Got sick within 2 hrs. Severe stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting.

I ate the sampler platter which has chicken parm, fettuccine, and lasagna. Felt nauseous within a couple of hours and have had horrible stomach pains and diarrhea thru the night. Feel horrible.
