I had little caesars for dinner yesterday, woke up this morning feeling a little nausea and after my shower I threw up and had to retake a shower but the nausea increased where it’s every five minutes I throw up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a Big Mac sandwich with my friend, who ordered the nuggets, around 11 or so after I had gotten off work. I felt okay after that and went to bed but once I woke up I’ve been vomiting and having diarrhea ever since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

一开始不是一个很干净的地方，不像我以前去过的其他吉米·约翰那样总是很干净。我订购了 #9 和 #10，把它捡起来工作然后在我到达那里的时候吃了一个。它尝起来有点时髦，但是因为洋葱太多了。这是我整天唯一吃的东西。凌晨 3 点起床时胃痉挛不好和剧烈腹泻。截至今天下午，还有抽筋、恶心和腹泻。也向吉米·约翰的网站报告了这一点。
