I had the chicken tenders, baked potatoes and salad. I started to get sick the next morning and feeling bad. By 2 pm o had to get a hotel room and was sick for two weeks and had to get several IV for hydration.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛

I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, green bell peppers, and jalapeños. Within 3 hours I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate yesterday, so I believe it was the culprit.  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战, 头痛

Purchased a case of body armour lyte on 4/12/26. My husband opened it on 4/16 and drank one began nausea stomach cramps and diarrhea within 30 minutes.
