10 月 3 日星期二与同事共进午餐。当天晚上 8 点开始出现胃痉挛、出汗和严重呕吐。第二天早上出现腹泻。仍然有所有症状，但 4 天后规模较轻（昨天开始使用抗生素，抗恶心药物）。非常悲惨的经历。

Ordered a susage borrito, was eating it halfway down and I literally thought I bit into someone's shit. Did not finish it the borrito after that happened.... I folded the borrito up and put it in the bag. And now I'm here bc I'm sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

（昨天 8 月 2 日至 17 日）我昨天只吃了-我吃了核桃虾、橙鸡、甜辣鸡、鸡蛋卷和炒面我每个都吃了一点点，主要是炒面。我吃完了大约一半的饭然后把剩下的都存起来了。今天醒来时头痛剧烈还没能整天大便。我有轻微的喷水感觉就像水出来了。我整天都有寒冷和疲劳以及恶心。我试着喝点水来软化粪便来清理它，这样我们才能看见。我也没整天饿过。

I ate one Boston cream donut. Later that night, I woke up feeling terrible, and on my way to the bathroom, I threw up everything I ate that day on my carpet.
