Chicken bowl. Started feeling nauseous within 3 hours of eating. At hour 4 the vomiting and diarrhea began. Vomiting episodes lasted 5 hours, diarrhea lasted around 18.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
