Not 100% sure, but I think it was Starbucks at shoppers world. I had a Frappuccino on Friday afternoon, the only thing differently I had that my spouse didn’t have. It came on quickly, violently and passed. Has there been any other reports re; that particular Starbucks?… 更多

I bought @ Whole Foods,Framingham Ma a 1 pound container Shrimp cooked & 1 pound Scallops cooked from the Fresh Counter ~ I had some for dinner along with my Husband and 3hrs or so we both were vomiting and totally sick !

Approximately 7am on 4/15/17 I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese. About half way into the bagel I noticed a weird taste. I stopped eating the bagel and seen that the cream cheese had a weird texture. Around 9:10am same day I vomited what I had ate.  | 症状: 呕吐

昨天我吃了 chipotle fajita 碗里面有中等大小的莎莎酱、西红柿、玉米、奶油、奶酪。早上 7 点我醒来时出现了严重的水样腹泻恶心，然后呕吐，然后又出现了腹泻发作。我感觉发烧而且发冷。我的头很痛，我感觉很恶心。我有直觉不在那里吃东西但忽略了它。再也不会吃 chipotle 了。我应该打电话给餐厅然后告诉他们吗？
