Wife and I went out to breakfast this morning. We both felt nauseous all day and now we're both violently vomiting, I immediately felt nauseous, got worst throughout the day. Same with wife but with more delay  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心

Monday I ordered a chicken greek salad for lunch. After an hour I became super ill with diarrhea and extremely nausea. My whole stomach was in a knot. I was sick for two days. Yesterday my co workers ordered a salad from the same location and BOTH got extremely sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ordered a chicken finger salad with romaine lettuce and 20 minutes into eating it had severe stomach cramps which turned into diarrhea.
A coworker also had the same thing and about 2 hours later suffered from the same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I had the salt and vinegar and Parmesan wings - 6 of each last night (5/27/18). Asked for them to be well done and they were not. They were soft. Stomach hurt after eating them and diarrhea most of the day today.  | 症状: 腹泻

My son and I both had lunch, I had a butter burger and he had a double butter burger. Like clock work both were so sick within 4 hours and the non stop vomiting was horrible. It subsided about 6 hrs later and took two days to… 更多

一个多星期前，4月7日星期六从Meijer购买了大量杂货。回家把冷冻区里的馄饨加热起来。一个小时后（半夜）开始呕吐，呕吐了十二个多小时，包括水在内的任何东西都无法保持下来。有抽筋、全身酸痛、发烧/发冷，而且很痛苦。联系了 Meijer，但从未被回电，也叫制造商，他们正在调查
