I ate around 2pm I had a 4 count nugget and a medium fry. Went home feeling fine, later at night I got up started feeling fatigued and nauseous. Then I got sick and threw up and remained light headed and nauseous for the entire next day.  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

On April 22, 2016 my wife, daughter and I ate lunch at the Movie Star and at 6pm my daughter started vomiting and had diarrhea. At about 10:30pm, I started vomiting and had diarrhea. I could not get over mine. I went to the doctor on Tuesday 4/25. I am still having stomach cramps as of 5/6/16.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
