I ate at Arby's South Locust street, Grand Island Ne around 1:30pm on 5/3/16. I had the new bourbon and steak sandwich. It made my stomach upset. I vomited at home about 2 hours later at home.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我在 16 年 4 月 4 日 4 月 4 日中午左右在 Applebee 餐厅吃了午餐当天 4 点半开始感到胃不适，然后腹泻开始我感到恶心但是直到晚上 7 点 30 分至 8 点才呕吐我还有腹泻而且感觉很虚弱这是正确的进食 24 小时  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 弱点
