I lit jus threw up and almost p**p my pants from dinner. Im jus really disappointed cuz dead ass shrimp scampi my favorite mf meal and yall mighta jus ruined it for me. Smfh.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Had the mushroom burger with cheese fries and mocha cookies and cream shake. Felt really sick by 6. Had to go to the bathroom almost 7 times that night and 2 the next morning. During the night developed a small fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧
