几天前，我从 Taco Bell 订购了商品。我刚买了几个普通的炸玉米饼，既硬又软，还有那些我不太喜欢的鸡肉 taquito 东西。一夜之间，我立刻感到不适，第二天我有偏头痛、腹泻、弹丸呕吐了 8 次以上，我甚至无法起床。我也无法按住水。

I had it last night for dinner , then today when I woke up later than usual around 2, started feeling sick and kept going to the bathroom , then threw up once . I ate chicken , vegetables , mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Ugh  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

I took a bite of kabab and after that I had a disgusting taste in my mouth. It was the smell and taste of uncooked meat. Later I ate a chomp and threw up because it was all pink inside and uncooked. For two days, I was throwing up and had diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
