我订购了牛排和烤土豆以及一些鸡翅。鸡翅太糟糕了所以我只吃了大约三个。我确实吃完了牛排和土豆。在完成后的半小时内，我开始出现严重的胃痉挛，演变为恶心、呕吐和腹泻。我也有发冷和发烧。
