星期四晚上，我订购了 3 份软炸玉米饼餐。我只是选择它的家庭成员。在吃了三个炸玉米饼的三个小时内，我的腹痛翻了一番，然后在抽筋后一小时内呕吐，然后 diahrea 血液太糟糕了。我昨天什么也没吃，整天消耗了 8 盎司的水。今天我很虚弱，里面颤抖，如果我站起来，会因恶心和呼吸急促而头晕long。我的胃痉挛正在改善，但血液还没有停止，腹部疼痛，胃里有咯咯声，就像我自周四晚上以来第一次尝试固体食物一样。

Our whole admin staff ate there on weds oct 16th 2019 all the coworkers who ate chicken come friday we were all sick with severe stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea and fever it was 6 of us total with same symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

我在回家的路上还剩下炸玉米饼，nc 我不得不在加油站停下来打电话给 911 我告诉 EMS 我刚刚在那里吃东西后，我看上去脸色苍白出汗肚子疼腹泻他告诉我他也有同样的事情发生在他身上  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗, 胃痛
