Our whole admin staff ate there on weds oct 16th 2019 all the coworkers who ate chicken come friday we were all sick with severe stomach cramps vomiting diarrhea and fever it was 6 of us total with same symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I got there tacos left on the way back home to rockypoint,nc I had to pull over at a gas station and call 911 I looked pale sweating stomach hurt diarrhea as soon as I told EMS I just ate there he told me he has had the same thing happen to him  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain

I ate salad, hushpuppy, steak, creamed green beans, french fries, macaroni and cheese, fried pickles, fried okra, bread pudding, peach cobbler, and banana pudding. I immediately deveoped hives, and swollen lips. I had to go to the ER for treatment with IV drugs.  | Symptoms: Nausea
