昨天喝了半杯 Berry Punch MinuteMaid 然后开始出现气体不好和胃痛。今天喝了一点以确认我的胃痛的根源，而且肯定是果汁造成的。目前躺在床上，肚子上盖着加热垫。剧烈的胃痛和腹泻。24 年 7 月 2 日购买，8 月 21 日到期。

上周五 3-23 我未婚夫带着他们原来的鸡肉回家了，太恶心了，我们不得不把它扔掉。当我们星期六醒来的时候她是第一个收到我回来的那天晚些时候我也病得很重。我们都发烧了 101 度，有呕吐和腹泻。今天是 7 号，我还有严重的身体疼痛和腹泻，但还是感觉不舒服。
