5月4日，我买了一个双层芝士汉堡和可乐。不到一个小时我就感到恶心，在 2 小时之内我就发冷了，伴随着发烧。在大约 2 个半小时内，我出现了弹丸呕吐和严重腹泻。这持续了几个小时才终于能够入睡。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

昨天 3 月 11 日下午 4:30，我自己、我丈夫和 3 个孩子都在你在格伦伍德大道的分店吃过饭。晚上 8 点左右我们出现了恶心、呕吐、发烧和腹泻。截至 3 月 17 日下午 6 点，我还生病了。如果不是更好的话，将在星期二之前呈现给医生
我们有 3 个鸡肉碗，其中 2 个有生菜和玉米。另外两顿饭是奶酪墨西哥玉米饼。我们没有收到任何饮料，而是用了你的叉子和勺子。
