I ate a chicken burrito no avacado and a soft taco about 2:30 today. Come home and around 4:30 start feeling nauseated. Well so far vomited twice and diarhea twice. The day before our cookout ugh.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Chicken bowl only cheese and sour cream and carnitas bowl only cheese and guacamole. Symptoms were instant after eating 5 spoons of them both. Vomited all over my office. This was at 12:30 this afternoon.  | 症状: 呕吐

我在北卡罗莱纳州罗利 Six Forks Road 上被麦当劳的香肠饼干中毒。我最终发烧了 102 次严重痉挛，不得不去医院，在那里我被诊断出患有寄生虫的肠系膜性腺炎。这发生在 6 月 27 日 18 日，我仍然有严重症状。
