星期六我全天吃了麦当劳的鸡块和其他几件东西。星期天我醒来恶心呕吐（7xs）和腹泻。星期一我醒来很虚弱但还可以。我又吃了麦当劳的鸡块。星期二我醒来时呕吐腹泻和恶心。麦当劳是我星期一唯一吃过的东西，也是唯一能让我在周日生病的东西。
