2026年5月9日晚上7点37分，我通过DoorDash订购了Chipotle外卖送到家。Chipotle是我最后吃的东西，因为我现在正在经历严重的食物中毒。我点了一份鸡肉碗，附带一份奶酪酱。根据诊断，我出现了与碗中鸡肉相关的沙门氏菌感染的确切症状。该餐厅非常不卫生，导致我出现了严重的健康问题。

牛奶我的儿子喝了牛奶后胃痛醒来，7 月 30 日在睡前到期。他有腹泻，要我把他带到医生那里治疗胃痛然后赶去呕吐，然后再有更多的腹泻。然后他感觉好多了，洗完澡然后回到睡觉。担心是牛奶，我喝了一些，现在我感觉有病但是还没有同样的呕吐和腹泻
