我在 9 月 16 日下午 1 点 30 分左右用餐。我订购了一个鸡蛋三明治、迷迭香薯条和橙汁含羞草。我从 9 月 17 日凌晨 5 点左右的睡眠中醒来，生病了。症状包括胃灼热感，胃痉挛，发烧，恶心，头痛，腹泻。我的症状目前已经消退（现在是 9 月 17 日下午 6 点），但是我的胃灼热感和腹泻仍然来来去去。

Ate there with a friend Friday, July 27, 2018 around 7pm. Both of us experienced severe diarrhea the next morning. Both had the spicy chicken. Ate there again yesterday, 7/30/18 at 12pm. Had spicy chicken. Diarrhea experienced again this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻
